ZnO nanostructures grown on c -plane sapphire substrate by three different methods were studied . Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) can nanorods produced , most of which are at an angle of ~ 50 ° to the plane of the substrate alignment . Selected area electron diffraction showed that the nanorods display two different sapphire substrate epitaxial relationships. These inclined surfaces of zinc exhibit normal relationship between the oxidation / / sap ; the ZnO / /] sap and the zinc oxide / zinc / oxide sap / / juice. The second family members are aligned along the surface normal to the zinc oxide / / zinc oxide / / sap ; class of this increased relative yield of the higher energy of the input pulse .
That has been pre-coated ( by a PLD) with a thin layer of zinc oxide by hydrothermal synthesis results of the sapphire substrate and chemical vapor deposition , respectively, in the well -aligned zinc oxide nanorods array microrod and they satisfy the relationship of zinc oxide / zinc / oxide / / juice . In contrast , the use of these methods, which results in a bare sapphire substrate , aligned with poor structure and local growth of the island.
