TZM-La2O3 Alloy Plate Producing

Production processes of TZM-La2O3 alloy plates include: mixed powder, ball-milling, compacts molding, sintering, rolling and so on.
1. First, adding TiH2, ZrH2, La2O3, graphite powder into molybdenum powder by percentage by weight and then loaded into a ball mill for 24 hours milling. Wherein the ball mill speed is 40r/min, molybdenum ball diameter 10mm, ball feed ratio of 2: 1. Finally, in mixer mix 2 hours followed by the material, screening, vacuum packaging.
2. Putting mixed powder into steel pressing molding, pressed powder by punch, you can get the desired shape and size after release the stamping. The pressing molding technologies include scaling materials, loading mode, pressing, stripping, drying, modification and compact machining processes. Steel molding pressure is 21Mpa and dwell time is 5s, using unidirectional pressing.
3.Putting the compacted blank in a muffle furnace for pre-sintering and pre-sintering temperature is 1200 ℃, after the pre-sintering temperature for 2 hours. Then sintering in medium-frequency induction furnace and the sintering temperature is 1900 ℃, holding time of 7 hours.
4. Finally, the alloy plate blanks after blooming, hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling process, etc. to give ZM-La2O3 alloys.
