Recrystallization Texture Analysis of Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum

According to analysis titanium zirconium molybdenum(TZM) at different annealing temperatures found, TZM alloy starting at 1100 ℃ to recrystallization, and the recrystallization phenomenon has been extended to 1400 ℃annealing. Comparative data found after 1550 ℃annealing the recrystallization texture has little different with 1400 ℃ annealing. And it different with molybdenum recrystallization texture is at higher temperatures such as 1400 ℃annealing the recrystallization texture is elongated organization, its recrystallization process mainly as elongated grain length becomes shorter, the corresponding increase in the width direction large, i.e. the grain aspect ratio is reduced.
In addition, from the data it can be found dispersed second-phase particles size is evenly, dispersed in the grain boundaries and within grains. These dispersed second phase particles have a deformed with the deformation tendency of the material. Its shape becomes elliptical along the machine direction of the trend. But a subsequent annealing process can not change the size, shape and distribution of the particles.
