Hot runner is used in injection mold, and melted plastic is injected into heating element set of the mold cavity. TZM (titanium-zirconium-molybdenum alloy) is a high-temperature alloy, a solid solution hardening and particle strengthening molybdenum-based alloys. It is a molybdenum alloy containing 0.50% of titanium, 0.08% of zirconium and the remaining 0.02% carbon. Therefore, TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) provides better weldability, and it has a higher recrystallization temperature, high strength, hardness than non-molybdenum alloys at room temperature and high temperature and good ductility. In addition, TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) has a good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, good corrosion resistance, therefore can be processed. TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) and other molybdenum alloys have higher recrystallization temperature, a higher heat resistance and better creep resistance than pure molybdenum. Titanium zirconium molybdenum hot runner, whose raw materials prepared from titanium zirconium molybdenum, has the following advantages:
1: Internal titanium zirconium molybdenum hot runner holding high temperature molten plastic is conducive to pressure transmission, less pressure loss in the flow path, plastic flow is good, relatively uniform temperature, so the product of internal stress, the distortion is reduced, the product surface quality and mechanical performance will be greatly improved; and dwell longer and more efficiently, but also reduces the shrinkage of plastic parts;
2: Eliminate all or most of the flow channel waste, effective utilization of materials is high;
3: The molding cycle and opening process has been shorten, which improves production efficiency;
4: The flow path of titanium zirconium molybdenum hot runner does not require stripping. And therer are automatically cut-off gates, which can improve the degree of automation;
5: Reducing injection pressure helps to protect the mold and prolong life.
