TZM hot runner gate design is divided into two parts:
1.Plastic cavity layout.Plastic cavity arrangement directly affect the structure and design of the gate hot runner TZM flow channel. In the traditional design of TZM hot runner systems there are many medium-sized chamber, and can be divided into linear, circular, rectangular, H-type and mutant several basic types. Gate location is reasonable, directly affect the position of the exhaust hot runner mold, plastic welding wire, over filling or filling shortage and so on.
