In China, SuJuanHua , WeiRuMei and others do corresponding researches about hot runner heat balance and heater power calculations , but there are less studies about TZM hot runner temperature design.
TZM hot runner temperature design is essentially a heat balance design of TZM hot runner .Thermal equilibrium analysis is effective for hot runner mold temperature control andreduce heat loss. To obtain the heater power runner according to the heat loss and make uniform temperature distribution . Therefore , proper design must be based on the analysis of TZM heat loss on hot runner system .Many problems of TZM hot runner are due to improper heat balance. Also, It is difficult to meet the requirements of the products even after controlling for high precision and advanced control algorithm unless the problem of thermal equilibrium can be solved.
