Flashlights are among the most essential household gadgets, but they are usually made of plastic and toxic batteries. We now have a variant.
The Paper LED Torch light made by Kazuhiro Yamanaka is quite different from unconventional flashlights that are heavy and bulky.
The Paper LED Torch Light is simple, yet environment friendly. It includes just a single LED mounted on a piece of stiff paper. When the paper is curved like a tube, two triggers alert the LED bulb and turn it on. Similarly, when the paper is unrolled, the light goes off.
Yamanaka’s paper-light design is not new; but still, it is fresh and comes with a wonderful contemporary eco-design and also provides clear and bright illuminating projection.
The idea, as seen on DesignBoom, is of course pretty neat and has a clear trick to make a flashlight in a short time.
Unfortunately, this Paper LED Torch Light doesn’t seem to going on sale. Once is does, it would be very useful, as you can carry it where ever you need a smart flashlight.
So guys, what do you think about this simple eco-friendly flashlight? (By DeviceMAG)
