The project is 100,000 per month sapphire cutting and grinding and polishing, by the Zhejiang Jing Sheng Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jing Sheng Electrical" or the "Company") construction, mainly produces LED sapphire wafer, put into operation can achieve an annual output of 1.2 million 2-inch sapphire wafer.

The total investment is 44.88 million yuan, of which: construction investment of 42.08 million yuan, initial working capital of 2.8 million yuan. The project intends to transform the existing plant of Jing Sheng Electrical to construction the sapphire cutting and grinding and polishing production line. The project's own financial position is strong, and the project financial internal rate of return of 24.36%, investment recovery period is 4.89 years, the capital financial internal rate of return of 28.24%.
