China molybdenum price is not changed from last week as the imbalance in supply and demand still exists. Most downstream buyers remain cautious sentiment while upstream companies quote rationally. But it seems impossible for further price decline.
The volume and prices of steel mills seem not optimistic at present. the continuous influx of foreign low-priced sources into the country and the limited driving force of new and old infrastructure projects are the reasons for the tight supply-demand relationship in the market. However, due to the support of mining costs, some companies are still keeping firm offers.
