The ferro molybdenum, molybdenum oxide and sodium molybdate prices in China edged lower compared with last trading day on quiet market trading and heavy wait-and-see atmosphere at the end of this month. Mainstream tungsten ore enterprises stabilized new offer levels, offering a certain support for the raw material markets. Most insiders believed that the market may continue to benefit from tight supply and high production costs considering the current situation.
However, limited release in terminal side and risk of price inversion faced by smelting factories would press market participants. At present, the new round of steel bidding seems to be under pressure and smelting factories are in a dilemma.
