Production process 1: high temperature molybdenum powder - cold isostatic pressing into the bar - intermediate frequency induction furnace sintering – rough rolling for cogging- rotary forging - rough drawing - annealing and other processing.

Production process 2: high temperature molybdenum powder - cold isostatic pressing into the bar - intermediate frequency induction furnace sintering - rotary swaging for cogging - rotary forging - rough drawing - annealing and other processing.

Production process 3: high temperature molybdenum powder - hydraulic machine forming square bar - activated sintering - rough rolling for cogging - rotary forging - rough drawing - annealing and other processing processes.

Production process 4: high temperature molybdenum powder - hydraulic machine forming square bar - activated sintering - rotary swaging for cogging - rotary forging - rough drawing - annealing and other processing processes.

By comparing these four processes found that the production process 1 can produce high quality high temperature wire. For example, the sample bar is processed into φ1.9mm molybdenum wire has the most uniform structure after rolling. And the bar is processed into φ0.6mm wire, after rolling and recrystallization annealing has the most developed exaggerated interlocking grain. At the same time, the sample bar after rolling and other processes can obtain excellent mechanical properties wire.
