The Uses of Molybdenum Hot Runner

Molybdenum hot runner is used in a injection mold, and melted plastic is injected into heating element set of the mold cavity. It is a new construction that heat the traditional mold or three plate mold runners often and that is not required to remove runners when each forming. Molybdenum runner is divided into: open and pintle whose use is widespread, the following describes the use of molybdenum runner:

1.For the processing of various plastic materials such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PBT, PA, PSU, PC, POM, LCP, PVC, PET, PMMA and so on;

2.In the industrial field, molybdenum runner has been widely used in electronics, medical, daily necessities, toys, packaging, construction, office equipment and other industries;

3.In the automotive industry, for example, if the car instrument panel is too large, there is certainly the lack of glue without runner, so using molybdenum runner can not only solve the problem lack of glue, but also played the role of regulating weld marks.
