TZM alloy has poor oxidation resistance; protective coatings can improve TZM alloy high temperature oxidation resistance, TZM alloy high temperature oxidation resistant coating can be devided into aluminum nitride coating and silicide coating.
1. The aluminum coating. NH4Cl as a catalyst, aluminum powder as the coating material, then the TZM alloy substrate is prepared. Aluminum coating has good oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance.
2. Silicide coating. Silicide coating is another TZM alloy high temperature oxidation resistant coating. Silicide coating can effectively prevent the loss of quality due to high temperature oxidation TZM alloy.
