TZM hot runner system of injection pressure loss should not be ignored. Many TZM hot runner mould users have a misunderstanding, think compared with the cold runner, the hot runner injection pressure loss is much smaller, the reason is plastic melt within the hot runner is always hot in the injection process. However, it is just the opposite. In the TZM hot runner mold because of the hot runner structure design, the flow of the melt in hot runner system distance is greatly increased.
Therefore, TZM hot runner injection pressure loss in the system often is bigger. In practical application, due to the large TZM hot runner injection pressure loss in the system, caused by injection molding is a lot of difficulties. So CAE software should be used when processing illiquid plastic (e.g., PC, POM, etc.)
