The Working Principle and Characteristics of TZM Hot Runner System

TZM hot runner system is mainly composed of shunt board, TZM hot nozzle and temperature control box.The working principle of TZM hot runner system is to delivery molten plastic material through the flow channel and TZM hot nozzle directly to the mold cavity.Which effectively reduce the pressure of the flow channel (so small injection molding machine are available, and cost savings) and improves melt fluidity.

Features of TZM hot runner system are as follows: 1. The material density is uniform, the internal stress of products decreases, and make the product get smaller surface deformation, good product quality and mechanical properties of the transparent, thin pieces, large parts or plastic parts with special requirements (such as engineering plastics) can show its superiority. 2. TZM hot nozzle directly inject the molten plastic material into the mold cavity, naturally formed in the process of demoulding automatically broken gate, eliminates the traditional injection technology bring all or most of the sprue waste, basic don't need after processing, also save a lot of material, also because of the added heat caused by eliminating waste, mold cooling time is only the cooling time of plastic, shorten the molding cycle, improve the degree of production automation and production efficiency, more important is the material and energy saving has important significance to protect the environment.
