Hot runner injection molding method commonly used by direct resistance heating, the heating element commonly used heating rods, heating coil, heating plate, spacingHeater, cast heater and embedded heater, etc., is required to have a high heating power unit. To reach the average temperature of the hot runner system requirements needed to properly select the type and quality of the temperature controller, heater unit heating power and heat distribution, as well as setting the correct position of the thermocouple. The main disadvantage of direct resistive heating method are: a complex structure. Because electric heater easily localized overheating, caused by the burning resin product obsolescence, therefore, must be partitioned multi-runner heating and temperature control, resulting in mold complex structure. 2. tooling costs increased. Since the heating element burnout, and poor temperature control, the maintenance is often required to remove the mold from the injection molding machine to, form removal after repair, thereby increasing the work produced on the secondary, lower productivity. 4. precision low, it is difficult to reach a uniform temperature.
