Development of Hot Runner CAD / CAE

Computer-aided design software enables convenient drawing generation, greatly reducing design time. In hot runner CAD / CAE, people can make hot runner mold parts, runner size, nozzle, sealing ring, insulator, plug, etc.to be parts library, in order to be freelyused in design, and can  modify size. This greatly improved the efficiency of design and drawing. The most commonly used design software for the US PTC's Pro / En-gineer, US EDS's UG, AutoCAD2000, international student letter to the company's Solid Works, UGS's domestic development CAXA2000 SOLIDEDGE and so on. Using CAE technology can be implemented on a computer test mode, you can simulate the entire injection process analysis as well as the entire melt in the mold filling process was simulated.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China's after years of research and development of computer-based injection mold CAD / CAE / CAM integrated system has been promoting the use of HSC in some factories. In some large plastic mold parts, such as car bumpers, dashboards, lights, shells and other complex shape, high precision hot runner mold, through computer simulation, predictable regularity molding, mold design and product development to speed up the process, in favor of new products faster to market.
