Needle-type nozzle is to install a valve needle moves quickly in the traditional open gate, and control the opening and closing of the nozzle and cavity filling process. Needle nozzle has four characteristics.
1. On the product without leaving remnants into the gate, especially suitable for products requiring high quality molding. 2. Using needle valve gate nozzles can use larger diameter, can speed up and reduce the cavity filling products on the internal stress, but also can be a good feeding. 3. When the injection screw back, can effectively prevent the cavity from the anti-absorption materials.4 .It can effectively regulate the timing of the gate closed, controlled feeding and shorten the molding cycle.
