Advantages of Hot Runner Injection Molding

Because plastic runner can remain within the system in a molten state, hot runner injection molding have the advantages of traditional injection molding incomparable. The main advantages of hot runner injection molding has three aspects:

1. Basically achieved without waste processing, saving raw materials, without subsequent processing, fully automated production, shorten the production cycle, improve production efficiency. 2. The location of the gate can be arbitrary choice, due to the melt stream core diameter is much larger than the diameter of a conventional flow channel core flow, does not produce condensation, so that the pressure drop is small, packing sustained for a long time, at a temperature control can balance the various types of cavity filling conditions.

3. As the plastic cast in the system is always in a molten state, a small pressure loss, it can achieve multi-gate, low-voltage and large multi-cavity injection plastic parts.
