Molybdenum alloy sheet in a high temperature processing, the sheet surface oxide layer uneven adhesion volatile MoO3 and other low melting point of alumina particles and other pollutants, further processing, will make these impurities contaminated pressed into the sheet metal layer, constituting the aluminum alloy plate surface defects such as pits or white spots. TZM alloy plate for cleaning, commonly used caustic fusion method. 3% NaOH and industrial load resistance nitrate bath heated to 400 ℃ melted (melting point of about 308 ℃). After the processing of aluminum into a few minutes, out into the cold water bath to wash into white.
