High temperature fasteners applied to the spacecraft and hypersonic aircraft structures and components, such as heat-fixed connections. These fasteners must be able to withstand high temperature 1300 ℃, and also take into account environmental and oxidative stress-induced structural loads.
In an alternative variety of metals and alloys fasteners, TZM molybdenum alloy has the highest strength, superiority can be maintained at a temperature up to 1600 ℃, while relatively inexpensive compared with other alloys. Therefore been used as a high temperature in an inert atmosphere fastener.
Currently on the market there are appropriate fasteners, special nuts and washers and the successful development of improved silicide coating, thus ensuring the use of security and reliability.
