Frequently asked questions about the reasons for TZM hot runner systems analysis and solution
1. Hot manifold reasons can not set up the temperature: thermocouple is bad or invalid, the heating wire shorted wiring heating wire is too loose or too short. Remedy: Check the thermocouple contact is normal, the wiring is correct, check the heating wire loop.
2. Slow warming hot manifold reasons: a heating wire in a circuit or wiring is too loose, not enough hot air gap manifold, heat pads on excessive cooling, a thermocouple is bad. Treatment: All heating wire, an increase in the air gap, to increase insulation panels in the fixed mold mounting plate, or to reduce the cooling of the fixing plate of the stationary platen, check the thermocouple contact is good.
3. Hot manifold temperature instability causes: poor contact thermocouple. Remedy: Check the thermocouple.
