30 Cr-Mo alloy steel is usually quenched state in use, when the carbon content of the steel can also be used as the lower limit of the higher strength of hardened steel core part. In medium-sized machinery manufacturing industry mainly for the manufacture of large cross-section, under conditions of high stress work conditioning parts, such as shafts, spindles and steering wheel under high load, bolts, studs, and other gear; in the chemical industry used to manufacture welded parts, welded structure consisting of plates and tubes containing nitrogen and hydrogen and temperature working medium does not exceed 250 ℃ of the high-pressure pipe; below 450 ℃ work for the manufacture of fasteners in the steam turbine, boiler manufacturing, ? below 500 ℃ under high pressure flange and nut, especially for manufacturing 300 atmospheres, conduit below 400 ℃ work.
