The 3030 LED is a RoHS certified with measurements of 3 x 3 mm and thickness 0.65. This surface-mount LED comes in standard package dimension.
It has a substrate made up of a molded plastic reflector sitting on top of a lead frame.
The die is attached within the reflector cavity and the cavity is encapsulated by silicone.
The package design coupled with careful selection of component materials allow these products to perform with high reliability.
Seoul Semiconductor’s 3030 series can be driven at as twice as high current up to 150mA. Consequently, it can deliver market leading lumen output over 100lm.
With MacAdam 3 Step Binning, 3030 is offered in a full CCT range from 2850K to 7000K with min. CRI80. 3030 is ideal for Omni Directional Lamps with compact size, superior lumen output.
