New Management to American CuMo Mining Corporation

New management and directors along with a name change to American Copper Molybdenum Mining Corporation.Drill results from the 2011, and 2012.

Drilling programs show continuation of the mineralization within the defined resource area.This is anincrease over the previous resources of 123% for Indicated tonnage, and 41% for Inferred tonnage.

The flagship CuMo project has NI 43-101 compliant resources of 1,473.5 million tonnes grading 0.059% molybdenum  and 0.12% copper Indicated, and 1,172.4 million tonnes grading 0.054%  molybdenum and 0.09% copper  Inferred.
