The EU decided China molybdenum wire anti-dumping measures extended to Malaysia

January 12, 2012, the Council of the European Union issued the official announcement the EU decided that China molybdenum wire anti-dumping measures extended to Malaysia. 2010 EU originating molybdenum wire products in China started to impose final anti-dumping duty of 64.3% after the anti-circumvention investigation by the European Commission,

The EU Industrial Organization in April 2011, proposed anti-circumvention request to the European Commission, accusing the Chinese products involved in transshipment via Malaysia and Switzerland to the EU, the anti-circumvention investigation requirements of the molybdenum wire products from Malaysia and Switzerland. European Commission to initiate an investigation that the significantly reduced, while exports of the European Union to take measures against Chinese products since 2010, involved products in China, China's exports to Malaysia as well as Malaysian exports to the EU molybdenum wire products, final determination of China's exports providers to circumvent the anti-dumping measures, transshipment via Malaysia, the European Union, the Swiss export products there is no such avoidance behavior.
