China molybdenum industry overview

China molybdenum resources are widely distributed, mostly concentrated in the southern region of China. Southern China occupied the country's total molybdenum 40.24% of the proved reserves, ranking first in the country. Second is Northeast which owns 17.85%, of East China owns 12.85%, North China owns 12.50%, Northwest owns 9.88% and Southwest owns 6.72%. Henan, Jilin, Shaanxi, Shandong, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Tibet, Inner Mongolia and other provinces (regions) is the place of origin of the main molybdenum. Henan Province reserves up accounting for 29.47% of the national total molybdenum mine. 2011 Chinese molybdenum concentrate (45%) of pure molybdenum production of 234,400 tons, a year-on-year growth of 12.71%. China accounted for approximately 36.87% of the global production of molybdenum metal production. The molybdenum industry enterprises occupy 66% of the global market share, which, in the Chinese market, gold molybdenum shares (12.31,0.00,0.00%) and CMOC accounted for 15.35% and 17.90%; Jinzhou New China Dragon and Dragon Yu molybdenum has high degree of concentration of the industry.
