Many stockholders are even more reluctant to sell at a high price.

The ferro molybdenum market is weak. In addition to the fact that steel companies have concentrated on bidding for ferro-molybdenum in the middle and early months of this month, which is the reason for the recent drop in demand for ferro-molybdenum, many steel mills in Hebei Province have experienced production cuts and shutdowns due to the rebound of the epidemic. The country will continue to carry out the reduction of crude steel production, which will also affect the consumption of ferromolybdenum to a large extent. The current price of ferro molybdenum has dropped to about 188,000 yuan / ton.

In the market of molybdenum chemical industry and its products, the overall wait-and-see atmosphere is getting stronger. Under the influence of the decline in the price of raw materials and the lower-than-expected demand of end customers, most molybdenum chemical companies have rationally lowered their quotations, and the market may continue to maintain a sideways trend in the short term.

In terms of news: In 2021, the national crude steel output will decrease by nearly 30 million tons year-on-year, and the National Development and Reform Commission said that in 2022, it will continue to reduce the national crude steel output to ensure a year-on-year decrease in the national crude steel output. In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Iron and Steel", which requires that by 2025, the industrial concentration of the top 10 iron and steel enterprises should reach 60%, and currently only 38.8% have been completed.
