Ferro Molybdenum Price - June 15, 2021

Molybdenum market quotation in China: ferro molybdenum, sodium molybdate and ammonium heptamolvbdate prices continue to be in the upward trend in the first trading day on June 15, 2021 after the holiday of Dragon Boat Festival driven by increased demand and the rise in international molybdenum price. 

According to data from the General Administration of Customs, china exported 30.92 million tons of steel products from January to May, a year-on-year increase of 23.7%, of which 5.27 million tons of steel products were exported in May, a year-on-year increase of 19.8% and a month-on-month decrease of 33.9%. From January to May, China imported 6.1 million tons of steel products, an increase of 11.6% year-on-year, of which 1.21 million tons of steel products were imported in May, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8% and a month-on-month increase of 2.7%.
