Ammonium Heptamolvbdate Price - December 10, 2020

Molybdenum market quotation in China: sodium molybdate, ammonium molybdate and ammonium heptamolvbdate prices remain stable on December 10, 2020. Although steel tenders have become active recently, it is difficult for domestic market to increase in trading activity. Most traders take a watchful stance. 

As downstream users remained weak and the policy side kept quiet for a very long time, domestic market price was difficult to increase in previous stage. With the end of the year, mining enterprises reduce their production output. As a result, mainstream suppliers raised their offers. 

In November 2020, China exported 4.402 million tons of steel, an increase of 363,000 tons from the previous month, an increase of 9.0%; the average price was $924.5/ton, an increase of $26.4/ton (2.9%) from the previous month, according to customs data,. A total of 488.26 million tons of steel products were exported from January to November, a decrease of 10.784 million tons or 18.1% from the same period last year.
