Molybdenum oxide, ammonium molybdate and ammonium heptamolvbdate prices in the Chinese market are unchanged from the previous trading day on deadlocked supply and demand and reasonable inventory control.
In the molybdenum concentrate market, under the activity inquiry of downstream, suppliers have strong rised mentality, plus with some factories stop production to undergo repair, the production of concentrate is reducing and the supply becomes tight.
In the ferro molybdenum market, the trading activity of the bulk cargo market is generally moderate, and downstream steel companies are still cautious about inquiring and purchasing. Most transactions are concluded between 96,000 yuan/t and 100,000 yuan/ton; there are no obvious fluctuations in the market of molybdenum chemicals and their products. Although there are a few favorable policies in China, they fail to offset the negative impact caused by the epidemic to the terminal demand, so the product offers are stable.
