China molybdenum prices continue the upward trend on Wednesday August 29 when the supply of molybdenum raw materials is tight under the environmental inspections. Molybdenum concentrate traders have more confidence and inquiry becomes more active than before.
Ferromolybdenum manufacturers have strong rised mentality, affected by rising prices of steel tenders and high production costs. Orders in downstream chemical and product market are rare, despite good performance in raw material side. Molybdenum powder prices rise to RMB 265.00 per ton.
