Molybdenum market quotation: the latest price of ferro molybdenum and molybdenum oxide rose slightly while molybdenum concentrate price was unchanged from the previous trading day. Last week, the overall molybdenum market in China performed well and insiders were bullish on the afternoon market. Although tight supply of molybdenum concentrate was continuing, demand in the downstream market gradually increased.
Resources in the molybdenum concentrate market were rare, with less trading concluded, but transaction prices were raised. As the quantity of steel bidding has not yet released, heavy wait-and-see atmosphere covered around the ferro molybdenum market and actual transactions needed to be improved. As for molybdenum chemical and processing market, manufacturers gradually adjusted their quotations and trading volumes increased. The market outlook can be expected if the downstream buyers can continue to follow up.
