Molybdenum price, including products of molybdenum concentrate, ammonium heptamolydate and sodium molydate, has kept stable on May 3, 2017. Since the very beginning of Chinese New Year, China has issued new policy for molybdenum producer based on stricter environmental protection, producer has been remaining seeing what will be, but not sale the products immediately.
As a result, price of molybdenum related products is going up by the short supply of raw material. Contrast to the China molybdenum market, international molybdenum price keeps going down, the bidder target price in China is at a lower price than the market trend. Therefore, molybdenum market has been pressed, and what will the moly price be has been much more indistinct to predict. However, the price is still much higher than Mar.
