China News: in May RMB loans increased by 985.5 billion RMB, compared with April 555.6 billion RMB growth month to month growth 77%; The RMB reference rate slightly declined 56 points, and this week the reference rate fell down 202 points; in this week the central bank 3 days continuous to pick up in capital spending and also to invest 800 billion RMB for national treasury cash deposits.
