The morning session of molybdenum plate goes up quickly. Golden molybdenum co (601958. SH) rose by 9.96%, Luoyang molybdenum (603993. SH) increased by 9.10%, and New hualong (603399. SH) rose by 7.13%.
From the information we can conclude that molybdenum market tends to go up because SRB has purchased molybdenum oxide. A news agency has reported that SRB has purchased 5000 tons of molybdenum oxide, the first batch of 2700 tons has been completed, the other 2300 tons will be completed before the end of the year.
In addition, in the first half of 2014 the export volunm of molybdenum oxide is nearly doubled. In the first half of 2014 the accumulative total of molybdenum oxide and hydrogen molybdenum oxide product exporthas reached to 979.92 tons, and has rose by 99.3% than the same period last year.
