Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources has announced the list of the 4th group of national green mine pilot company including Gutian molybdenum mining company.

 

Green mine, which is a kind of totally new concept and pattern to the development of mine, continue to apply environment strategy ( cleaner production, circular economy and precaution) to the overall process including mine exploration, planning and design, and mine closure. More and more mine company have realized that the optimal path to achieve sustainable development of mine, which means to improve production and ecology efficiency, and reduce environment pollution, and achieve “zero/less” pollutant emissions and producting greenization.

 

With the requirement of General Office of the Ministry of Land and resources, all provincial department of land and resources should instruct mining company to achieve integrated planning in line with local conditions. According to the requirement and condition of “ green mine”, mining company should specialize task, progress and measure to achieve construction target of green mine from the perspective of improving resources utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction, and protecting cultivated land and environment.
