It is reported that the Chinese State Reserve Bureau will purchase molybdenum oxide 57%min from domestic producers, which improved market sentiment greatly and ended the downward trend of prices.
Mainstream prices for molybdenum oxide 55%min in China can be found at around RMB1,470-1,500mtuUSD10.7-10.9lb. The price of molybdenum oxide in north America has been decreased to 10.00USD/KG, it has been less than the cost.
