Ultrasound and mammography BI-RADS classification of breast invasive ductal carcinoma diagnosis

Recently, Luohu District, Shenzhen People's Hospital researchers published papers, to study ultrasound and mammography BI-RADS classification of breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) of the diagnosis. Research indicates that this group of studies, ultrasound and mammography according to BI-RADS classification, are on the IDC has a higher diagnostic value, a combination of both a higher diagnostic accuracy IDC. This article was published in 2014 the first 01 "Shenzhen Journal of Medicine." 
 
The diagnostic value of combined analysis of 98 cases under review 105 pathologically confirmed IDC lesions ultrasound and mammography BI-RADS 3 ~ 5 graded imagery, as well as to compare the two of IDC's. 
 
Ultrasound and mammography diagnostic classification and the combination of the two IDC's accuracy was 85.7% (90/105), 77.1% (81/105), 95.2% (100/105); ultrasound and mammography BI-RADS classification for IDC the diagnosis was statistically significant (P <0.05) between the two, both ultrasound and mammography combined diagnosis, the diagnostic value higher than a single method (P <0.05).
