TZM alloy(Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum)) is made of molybdenum, titanium-zirconium alloy molybdenum primary. High hardness, high temperature molybdenum alloy key technology in the manufacture of P / M or arc casting process.
Molybdenum alloy contains more than 99.2% up to 99.5% of Mo, 0.50% and 0.08% titanium, and zirconium carbide. TZM alloy(Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum) at temperatures above 1300 ℃ when the intensity is twice that of pure molybdenum. TZM alloy recrystallization temperature is about 250 ℃, higher than molybdenum, which provides a better weldability.
