The most famous known TZC molybdenum alloy, content (% by mass) Ti 1.25 Zr 0.15 C 0.15. The hardness of the alloy, high-temperature strength than TZM molybdenum alloy high, but the ductility is poor, processing more difficult.
Molybdenum, titanium-zirconium-carbon alloy ingot by melting into ingots or powder sintered into post-processing preparation of various profiles, but requires a higher processing temperature and processing pressure.
TZC molybdenum alloy mainly in bars, plate material for high-temperature thermal processing of metal molds, such as superalloy isothermal forging dies, non-ferrous and ferrous metal casting molds, seamless steel perforated head and so on.
