Molybdenum Wire Doped with Y2O3/CeO2

Molybdenum wire alloys doped with Y2O3/CeO2 have been produced by PM method. The microstructure and phases composition of the alloys were investigated by XRD and SEM.
The results show that main crystal phases of the alloys are MO, Y2O3 and YMoO4. There is a plastic fracture character in MYC fracture surface.
Texture microstructure is obvious after high temperature annealing at 1 600degreesC.
