Color-changing needs the proper operations of TZM mold ,TZM hot runner system and TZM hot nozzle.The specific programs include the following steps:
1. Turn off the water transport TZM mold, the mold temperature increase.
2. TZM hot runner system, the hot manifold and nozzle temperature TZM increased more than 50 °, plastics including fiberglass should be appropriately reduced.
3. Set back the melt plastic tube of injection molding machines
4. The injection molding machine with cleaning materials barrel automatic cleanup.
6. Open the TZM mold air-launched, six times the production cycle.
7. Lower the manifold and nozzle temperature TZM hot 20 °, injected once.
8. Again reduce TZM hot manifold and nozzle temperature 20 °, injected once.
9. Again reduce heat manifold and nozzle temperature TZM 10 °, injected once.
10. Connect carrying water, reduce TZM mold temperature.
11. The color change is completed.
