Disadvantages of TZM externally heated hot runner systems

TZM externally heated hot runner systems have the following disadvantages:
1. TZM external heated hot runner systems, temperature TZM manifold is only slightly lower than the plastic processing temperature, high heat loss, good insulation measures need to be taken.

2. TZM externally heated hot runner systems; the structural components such as the runner plate, nozzle, pressure rings, etc. from room temperature to operating temperature will produce thermal expansion. When the installation must predict the structure of thermal expansion, at room temperature, there is compensation installation, in order to ensure the successful commissioning at operating temperature, the installation process is relatively complex.

3. TZM external heated hot runner systems, in order to prevent melt leakage, good sealing measures to be taken. In addition, TZM manifold design, assembly and improper injection process, are likely to lead to melt leakage, serious damage to the mold, and even lead to production.

4. TZM external heated hot runner systems in order to reduce heat loss, TZM runner plate was placed in a cavity plate, the plate and the pressure ring damaged by pressure, stiffness of the mold mold work .
