The Deficiencies,of TZM Internal Heating Hot Runner System

The deficiencies of TZM internal heating hot runner system are mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1. As a result of the existence of condensation plastic layer in hot runner flow channel wall, hot runner flow channnel is difficult to clean, whch is inconvenient to change color.
2. In the hot runner flow channel of molten material may occur over time decomposition, prompting parts breakdown. So the system is mainly applied to the thermal stability of plastic processing, such as PS, PE and PP, etc., processing of plastic varieties are relatively few.
3. As a result of the heater in place, cavity configuration is restricted, melt the natural balance of difficult to achieve.
4. The condensation of the thickness of the plastic thermal barrier it is difficult to grasp, not by rheology flow balance calculation.
5. A single nozzle form, adopt plunger type nozzle, cannot satisfy the requirement of the part of the plastic parts molding, such as requirements when they don't have residual waste plastic pieces of the need to consider a switch type nozzle of the hot runner.
These disadvantages limit the application of TZM internal heating hot runner system in the plastic industry which needs further research.
