Plunger type nozzle of TZM hot runner evolves from pin point gate of the cold runner system, which would have a circular ring gate on the products material, surface before gate materials in products or oblique surface.
The advantage of plunger type nozzle of TZM hot runner is that the gate is 1-3 mm in diameter, gate trace is very difficult to detect.
