Heating and temperature control system of hot runner consists of a heating element, monitoring points and control system. Heating element commonly includs heating rod, heating coil, heating plates, spaced heaters, cast heater, an embedded heater, etc.,requiring a higher watt density. Monitoring points throughout the flow path set temperature monitoring points near the weakest part or near the face, the control system is to regulating temperature of the entire hot runner system to temperature fluctuations can be controlled within a set range.
