Hot runner nozzle is a key component of hot runner mold design,domestic related scholars have explored the nozzle design and development for a long time.
In 1990, Yangqing Jiang proposed the use of intenal heated nozzle, describes the characteristics and advantages of the intenal heated nozzle and make the temperature distribution inside and outside the plot. From 1991 to 1995, Tianjin University, Zhou Yuhua, who gives the matter in detail various nozzle design should be considered, such as the nozzle length, insulation thickness, nozzle material. In 1997, Tianjin University, Zhang Guangxing,introduced forms and characteristics of hot runner nozzle.In the same year, Li Jian Xin Pit nozzle into the nozzle structure, extended nozzle with axially fixed probe nozzle, perforated nozzle, lock the probe nozzle (valve nozzle) and other classes with self-5, and the nozzle insulation measures and heating and temperature control are discussed.
