The Propertes of TZM Alloy Compared With Pure MO
The microstructure and mechanical properties as well as recrystallization behavior of TZM alloy and pure Mo were studied with tendile properties measurement,hardness measurement,OM,SEM and EDS.The results are as follows:The tensile stength of TZM
alloy are higher than that of pure MO both at ambient and high temperature.The starting and ending recrystallization temperatures
are 1350and 1700 respectively,which are increased 500c and 450c separately than that of pure Mo.The increased of tendile strength and recrystallization temperature is attributed to the second finr dispersed phase such as TiC and ZrC in TZM ally.
