According to the experimental use of high-frequency inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) mice were determined maximal exercise (a debilitating swimming), the body of the liver, heart, brain and skeletal muscle of several trace elements within the four kinds of organs content changes, the results show that mice after maximal exercise heart, when the molybdenum content in the brain quieter rise, liver, skeletal muscle molybdenum content decreased, thus, we can see that the movement of the trace elements molybdenum content impact, but the change mechanism is unclear. Further experimental studies yet to be proved.
